Video in DVD is in .vob files, each have 0.99Gb. So any movie is in several pieces. How do you suppose authoring without re-encoding? Just copy/paste? MPEG-2 for DVD is compliant with the Blu-Ray structure. VOB is a container format, but the actual codec used is still MPEG-2. https://en.wikipedia.o...
