Sorted out my issue - batcher profile kept reverting to lowest conversion priority when CX2DVD was set differently.
Manually set Batcher and Cx2dvd to Higher and no more hanging at 75%
Just ran a batch of 5 and no issues.

Hi, same problem here, VSO Batch 1.6.3.40 and main Cx2DVD 7.0.0.36 First conversion completes but Batcher stops progress bar at approx 75% of first conversion then 2nd conversion has about a 1hr+ time rather than the norm 20 mins stopping the batcher doesn't work, its a reboot to clear the system.
