I have just done a test and yes it seems they have locked the video bitrate for some unknown reason since ConvertXtoHD 1.0.0.42b beta release to 16000 kbps no matter the quality of the source media file. Does nobody know what is the most preferred resize filter when using this program to make a Blu-ray?

I have always used resize filter Lanczos since using ConvertXtoDVD but when using
this program, a different resize filter might be better for Blu-ray.
