Hi
Have you tried putting in the e-mail address you got the product with? I have had to use that method several times over the years and it worked for me.

Re: Unable to download from Youtube lately
Just curious I am using Windows 11 doesn't work. Yet if I try on my laptop which is Windows 10 it does work. Maybe its a setting that has changed after doing a Microsoft update? Any thoughts? By the way both computers using the same ID which I have been told by Dell is not an issue.
Thanks
Thanks

A question that someone might be able to help me with
Hello All,
I recently acquired a movie to use ConvertxtoDVD to burn myself a DVD. The problem is it came in 2 parts (I know how to merge them) but the second part has about 2 mins give or take that is included in Part 1. Is there a way to trim either of the duplicate scenes from Part 1 or Part 2 so ...

Re: Quick question
Yes, dbminter was correct I just ran across a few bad TDK in my package that were bad. Now I can burn on all makes of blank DVD including TDK. I was just so quick to think that it was a software issue.

Does anyone know why DVD+R.....
Hello
Does anyone know why is it DVD+R 4.7 GB no longer work? I used to able use them or DVD-R 4.7 GB blanks for my projects. I have noticed I get problems with the burning process or tells I need to place a dual layer in order for it burn properly.
Thanks
Robert
