I apologize if i come off as sounding like a jerk but i am very frustrated. ive literally wasted about $20 in blank blu rays because everytime i try and burn one, theres some type of error. Everything was working fine and one day ot just stopped working. Can someone please help me.

so i used a trial version of convertxtohd and burned many discs successfully. i had to do a system restore on my laptop and registered a copy of the program. Everything converts fine but i always get this error when it comes to burning.
