The conversion plays fine via the video_ts folder.

Also, when doing the conversion, if I use the option to burn to DVD, it works OK. It's only when I try to burn an already converted project.

I've tried 2 different burners and I've used Verbatim DVD+R, MCC-004-00 from 2 pkgs.

Yes. I've tried VLC, VSO Media Player, Power DVD and a standalone DVD player.

When using the action, "burn an already converted project" finishes with the message that the burn completed successfully. However, the DVD is not recognized in any player.

Can you give us a link for build 51? I am having this same problem with build 52.

There is audio in both files originally, and they play fine. The profile that I have been using is AVI-XVID.

I have submitted a support ticket, but haven't heard back. When converting dvd to avi file, there is no audio on the converted file. I have attached log files for 2 conversions.

I have had the same problem with titles not being selectable in a DVD player. I used the template "Classic, simple but elegant."

When converting from blu-ray to DVD, and keeping bonus features, is there a way to copy the original menu from the blu-ray?

Yes - didn't know what else to call it. The thumbnail is what the picture looks like when I attempt to play the file back. I couldn't attach the complete converted file.

I have attached log file. The audio is not in sync with the video. Using version 1.4.0.8.

So those with Goldmembership have to pay for the Ultimate version?
