I assume the color issue is related to source encoded with Dolby Vision (DOVI). Such video looks greenish, or pinkish when you watch them with most of the regular video players, including VLC.

I'm having an issue with pausing conversions of downloads to MP4. Whenever I download a video from YouTube and I have the option to convert it to MP4, if I Pause the conversion to MP4, pressing the button to Resume the conversion does nothing. There is a bug that was reported to VSO.

1st video loaded ALWAYS ends up in 4:3 ratio.
Did you notice this ?
I loaded the same video twice, 1st entry was 4:3 and 2nd 16:9 as expected.

Sorry just a question on hardware support for my nvidea 3080, see attached do I need to run the tests to get hardware support? On 32bit version I cannot recall needing to do test to enable this.

Thanks, I added those 2 folders and checked security ok. And turned off the Windows Security setting Exclusions.
But unfortunately, still crashed. So reverted back to the Windows Security setting ON for Exclusions

I will leave it there for now and thank you for following up, much appreciated ...

Issue resolved for me by adding this to Windows Security settings. I think this is a bug in the app or windows security as I've never had to do this before


Here is some clarification. ConvertX Do check access to 3 specific folder at startup. Here is the list:

when I run ConvertX2DVD 7.5.0.129 and try to change the working folder in the settings the program crashes.
I run win 11 with all Updates. Never had this before and use VSO since decades.

This problem occur when the translation cannot load at all, which often denotes a problem of access to a given folder.

The folder in which ConvertXtoDVD must have write access is :
