Ok, when deleting the output folder manually, a playable DVD was created.
The output size is the same though (3.58GB).
Also BD Converter still crashes when trying to play the created DVD when the converter is finished, but still open.

Now this looks promising. With 2.1.1.4, the conversion started. It will take another 50min or so to complete, but I'm pretty confident it will. Else I'll report later. Yep, Cuda for decoding and encoding, Nvidia card with pretty new drivers.

At some time there was a preview of the background image used for BD->DVD conversion. It was also possible to use a different image file as background picture. In the newer versions, I can't seem to find these options. So were they removed (if so: why?) or relocated (if so: where?)?

Tried 1.2.1.21 today with Inception and ReMux mode never finished (3 seconds left) although the MKV seems to be complete. BTW: there should be an option for the ReMux mode to convert e.g. DTS HD tracks. As a side note: I also tried the Cuda 1080p conversion but it stopped immediately. It only worked...
