Hi, Any help here would be appreciated thanks.

Version: 2.2.3.258
On Windows Vista

Trying to burn a copy and this log keeps comming up. Also when I try to delete the files they need permission?

You have "leftovers" from previous conversion. Those need to be deleted.
If you can not delete that file after reboot then it might be infected.
Using ANY cracked program or keygen might install trojans that will cause a lot of problems. (actually 90% of those do have trojans!)
Most Antiviruses can't detect those properly so you need to be very careful.
