Do you have any other burning related applications running while using ConvertX?

Also, there is a firmware update available for your writer, that you might want to try:

I looked for firmware updates and I did see one. I thought it was a v 06. in reading the lite-on forums v. LL07 was suppost to be the latest, which is what i have. I will check more with lite-on and make sure there is not a version newer than the LL07.

I did make a change to the "working folder" from my c: drive to my f: drive. could have be causing any trouble?

o btw no i don't have any other programs running. i run a p4 3.06GHz with 2G ram. sata drive. it seems to use around 70% to 80% processing usage.

im using dell inspiron 1525 sometimes it burns the dvd and says completed but the dvd will not play i get error code 03 0c 00

I suggest you start a new thread with your problem, not piggyback on this one.
