Hi,

I have ConvertXtoDVD version 2.2.3.258 and recently upgraded my Windows XP to SP3. I am getting error while trying to write DVD. I tried with different DVDs but failed each time with the error code 04 03 00.

Please advise. I am attaching the log.

with other burning software can you write onto the same RW disk with the same burner?
