VSO Inspector Suggestion

I would like to see the Scan Function of VSO INSPECTOR to increase to FULL Read Speed. If a CD can Burn at 52X and a DVD can burn at 24X without any errors why can't a CD/DVD/BD be Read at FULL Speed. I know All DVD Burners can Read DVDs at 16X I'd like have a Surface and File test Performed at 16X for DVDs

You can read at full speed. Any errors slow it down, so it is more useful to read with slower speed.
