Convertxtohd closing itself

I am using convertxtohd on windows 10 and it will get about halfway into converting a movie then the program will close itself. After checking the event viewer log, it says this:

You have really odd setup.

Win XP Home can't use more than 4GB RAM but you have 22GB according to log.

Anyway, Win XP is not supported anymore so there is no guarantee that any modern program runs on it.
