I renewed my subscription to VSO Downloader on March 20, 2019, order 92343217. I purchased VSO Downloader Ultimate. I think my subscription is good for at least one year from the purchased date.
I had to replace the hard drive on my laptop and therefore was required to reinstall the VSO Downloader software. The reinstalled VSO software does not accept my activation key, and says that I am running an "Expired Trial". Please correct this problem.
