Try to incorporate the older Menu Templates by Downloading and installing using this:

http://oasis.vso-software.fr/Additional ... ToDVD6.exe


but it does not work. using version 7.0.0.31

once installed from linke above of templates desired
Copy the folders
C:\ProgramData\VSO\ConvertXToDVD\6\Templates

And place here
C:\ProgramData\VSO\ConvertXToDVD\7\Templates

Templates created with V5 or ealier are not supported by the nuw menu editor.
