Anyone else experiencing locking errors with B47

Anyone else experiencing locking errors with B47

Even when the files are removed from ConverXtoVideo, after a conversion, they cannot be deleted until ConvertXtoVideo is closed.

Anyone else seeing this, or should I uninstall and reinstall again?
