Hi,

I just tried Smart Copy but in my case it doesn't works.

I imported a .m2ts file from a blu-ray and I tried but video track is processed.

The input file is obviously compatible.

At this time, smart copy will only works with Blu-ray structure in input.
Can you try by loading your whole BD structure?
In next version I will add more checks to accept any format...

Can you post your log file?

Just tried to load directly a BD with load a disc or load from folder or load iso image: two problems

1) I get only one titleset (but on BD disc I have many .m2ts files, it's a TV series disc)
2) If I click on "convert", I get always reencoding video track of this titleset

I attached log file.

Thanks for your help

Hello framura,

Where did you found this (not compliant) 25p Blu-ray?
Is it a 50Fps interlaced Blu-ray?

Can you retry by enabling "Allow 25p, 30p, 50p and 60p framerates (less compatible)" option?

Hi cedric,

yes, is a 1080i 50fps disc: is a disc from TV Series.

I think 50fps interlaced is BD compliant (many TV series are made in this way).

Thanks

Update: I just try enabling above feature "Allow 25p, 30p, ...." and.....WORKS: no more processing. Great.
Now I will made a complete test and I will post my final results.

At this point I have just one another request: how to create a single settings menu (and not one for each titleset?)

Thanks for help and for your work.

Ok, in this case the problem is our source framerate detection...

Thank you for your feedback.

Hi cedric,

I just made the BD disc: something is wrong the playlist files (*.mpls file): I can't play main menu.

Singles stream files (.m2ts files) seems to be ok (audio, video, subtitles).

I also checked BD structure of final disc with BDEdit but when I choose Playplist TAB on BDEdit, BDEdit crashes.

During conversion I get "Encoding mode: remuxing (RAW copy)", so I think SmartCopy works correctly: am I right?

Thanks in advance

You're right, if you see RAW copy, that mean Smart copy is applied...
Can you please re-dowload then re-install last beta version then retry?

We will do more test/fixes on output structure with Smart copy on next week...

During installation tick the last 3 boxes. This will do a clean installation. You will have to do yours settings again.

- 0011915: [Suggestion] Clean lower and upper filters while installing to avoid burning problems (cedric) - resolved.
 Please at least make this optional.

This suggestion is breaking other software which isn't helpful at all.

Couldn't agree more. That's just a bad idea. Especially with the rate of versions that are released. Cleaning that filter order is just a disaster. It will break other software, requiring them to be reinstalled, and constantly causing the need for reboots. Burning issues aren't caused by the filter list. It's a dead/dying drive and/or lousy quality blanks

That suggestion has MONSTROUS BAD IDEA written all over it and will cause nothing but problems for other software developers!

the disks cannot be played on a Samsumg BD Player HT-F4505/ZD.
On Sony BD Players, they play fine.

the disc is not recognized.

AVCHD - Optical Disc
Resolution 1080p
DVD9
Template: Cinema - Navigation with buttons

I've tried various versions, and got the same result
