Problem with download

It looks like I'm unable to download any streaming media at this moment. When on automatic the program starts downloading but x-number of small files rather than one file. When I stop auto-detection and paste the same URL I get ""0 URLs found or suppored for download". I tested with URL's
that worked fine the other day, can't download today.
2nd problem, I can't use the support request tool. When opened, it shows text from a previous
message and no way I can delete this to enter new text in the description box.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem with the cam4 site and the chrome and brave browsers but for me the download stops after 4 or 5 songs while the streaming video has been running I test the free version of vso before taking the Licence
