Downloading HD Versions on YouTube

Hello everyone,,

Is it possible to download the HD version (on YouTube for example) . I always download in poorer resolution.

Hi there, here are 2 methods you can try.

1- Manual: turn auto detection off.
Play the video and select the high definition resolution.
Copy & paste the url in downloader

2- I use firefox so I use this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-CA/firefo ... tube-hd-1/
Will always start every video to the highest resolution (or the one you select) and downloader will download the proper high definition version...
