Unknown file format?

Postby Sports Information » Sat Apr 05, 2008 9:00 am

I'm running here after a recent upgrade from 2.x, and ran into a problem with the software not recognizing an .avi file I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this has me stumped. Could it be that the file header is corrupt, and if so, how can I fix that?

It plays fine in VLC, but every time I've tried to convert it, it automatically fails.

Use GSpot to find more info about that file and post it here, specially header info.
