Program doesn't complete on any blu rays I do

whenever I choose avchd output or blu ray disk I get this message. structure successfully in the folder i told it to. But nothing happens after i see structure successfully this message. If i hit stop i get this message saying a critical error has occured the program will close now please contact support. I tried every blu rays ripps i have on my hard drive. I am using the lastest verison.

Fixed my own problem

Nevermind i fixed my own issue it was windows 7. I set the program to use vista servicre pack 2 and it didnt crash.
