If you have any problems to display pictures correctly in PhotoOnWeb application, you only need to update DirectX and/or your graphic drivers.

1) Update DirectX
To update DirectX, go to:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&DisplayLang=en

2) Update your graphic driver
At first time you must find the reference of your graphic driver (EX: Nvidia Geforce 6500...).

Next download the last driver on the manufacturer's web site and install the update.
