No subtitles on burnt DVD ?!!!!

Hello,

I cannot see the subtitles on the DVD when I play it on my dvd player. What went wrong ?

press the subtitle button on your remote control and this will activate the subtittles, just like a commercial DVD film :)

I put the .sub and .idx files in the same folder as the avi, they are all named the same. It says that it loaded the subtitle file and found 455 entries. During the preivew box while its converting I'm not seeing any subtitles, should I be seeing them?

In the current version the subtitles do not display during the conversion. In our version 5 that is coming you will be able to see them.
