It's the second time i stepped into this trap:
License renewal/License requesting as a gold member. I requested the wrong licenses first, and now tried to request the license i really need: the license for DVD Converter Ultimate. But now the website always says:
One or more licenses were already requested. Note that some licenses may require manual processing, so please be patient.
Why is that so? Would you please sent me the license for DVD Converter Ultimate manually (Account = registered E-Mail here)

Hello Daniel,
You can close your browser and do the request again or use another browser and request the keys. (It is a security measure, what you are facing.)
