Hi all,
While evaluating the Blu-Ray Converter with the german Disney Blu-Ray "Planes", I'm having the following problems:
1) Planes won't work with the current stable version 3.3. That version crashes.
2) Found the latest beta in this forum. That version does not crash, however, it does NOT correctly rip the english subtitles (They are shown in the preview, but are missing in the converted DVD folder (limited to the first 10 minutes due to the trial limitations)). Here's the log.

actually I didn't ask, have you tried selecting the subtitles? DVD subtitles need to be activated. If you use a player on a computer this is often in the right click or available in the menu (menu of the movie - created by our software)

Yes, I did. The preview displays them, but the DVD folder does not have them. The german subtitles are there, but not the english. The background of the german subtitles is black, not transparent, contrary to the settings.actually I didn't ask, have you tried selecting the subtitles?
You can see in the log that the program has a problem with the english subtitles (english 3 or 4 frames, german 158 frames):

Addendum: Subtitles are rendered correctly in the preview,
but not in the DVD folder.
The DVD subtitles have a black background, the background in the preview is transparent (which I prefer).
Also: Forum functionality (quote/code/attachment etc.) is broken.
