Hosting on my own ISP

I tried to host the photos on my own isp but it says i have reached my limit of 20mb.

is there a limit for hosting on my own isp?

I thought the payment is for buying space on the vso server?

anyone please help? if i need to buy the space, i will buy the space, but i need to know if that is the problem of am i doing something wrong here?

right now i'm using html to configure simpleviewer and its troublesome, so would appreciate if you can let me know how to use this program.

if you dont host your photos on photoonweb server you dont need to buy more storage, what is your hosting server?
