Help with Settings!

Postby gate1975mlm » Sun Jul 25, 2010 4:21 am

Hello,

I want to make a Photo slide show that I will be viewing on a wide screen HDTV.

However after selecting 16/9 it made the photos in the slide show look kind of stretched.

Also what settings should Cutting, Amplitude and Zoom Factor be on?

I just want my pictures to be displayed like normal with the best quality.

Thanks for your help.

Ok I am still having the same issue with VSO PhotoDVD Version 4.0.0.35.

Take a look at the 2 screen shots I posted.

The first one is of the original photo. And the second one is from the video slide show I made with VSO PhotoDVD Version 4.0.0.35.

You can easily see how they look stretched in the slide show screenshot :(

Can this be fixed?

Or is this just the way it is when making a slideshow for 16/9 TV screens? Which would be very disappointing sice most people have 16/9 HDTV nowadays :(

When making a slideshow in 4/3 format the pictures are not stretched and look normal.

Do you compile your project as PAL or NTSC?
