Copiest Copy? Help with profile options

Postby SilentStrider » Fri Oct 28, 2016 10:04 pm

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to find out about every option I can place in a ini profile file. From the Exe file itself I found the following via opening it in Editor:
DeCss (probably decrypting DVDs)
FastErrorSkipValue
ISoCreationMode (creating an ISO file. not working when there are multiple tracks on the CD/DVD)
MaxReadSpeed
NoSpan ("Allow to create file bigger than 4Gb (but unsupported by FAT32 FileSystem)")
OnReadError
SubForAudio (read sub channel data for audio)
SubForData (read sub channel data for data)
TopologyMethod (BW5Tweaker says, there is Automatic, Fast (CD/DVD) and Slow (CD))
TopologyRead (should topology be read)
TopologySpeed

from the profiles installed with the program there are the following:
autoplay
default (is it the default profile when starting the program or not)
DoNotSpan (probably the same as NoSpan?)
KeepOnlyFirstSession (somehow with Audio-CDs?)
NibbleRead ("The disc will be read one sector per one sector. No gaps are enforced")
profiledesc (self-explanatory)
profilename (self-explanatory)
visibility (on which site (copy, read, write) is the profile visible)
weaksector (BW5Tweaker says: "When activated, this will enhance weak sectors")
WriteRWMandatory
writetopology (should topology be written)

As you can see, there are many options I'm missing some information.

For just making the "copiest" copy of a CD/DVD, I would think the following options would need to be set:
SubForAudio
SubForData
TopologyRead
NibbleRead

This should basically give me the most information out of a CD/DVD that should be accessible, is that right? I want to preserve old diamonds like Diablo 1 in the best way there is.

Sorry, I don't know the answer myself, I'll see if someone else does.
