[Solved] ConvertXtoDVD - KEY DOESNT WORK

Hi

I downloaded the trial version of 'ConvertXtoDvd' today and after testing it I decided to purchase. After purchase I was unable to activate with the key given. I keep getting the message that the key is for an older version and I need to get a new key. I have removed the program and tryed the hole process over but I keep getting the same message.
How do I get the correct key?
Where do I go now to download the program?

Help!!!

Hello,

1) write me directly with first and last name, and email address used for the order (claire(at)vso-software.fr) and I will verifry and provide you with a working key.

2) go to key http://www.vso-software.fr/contactform.php?topic=license
and recuperate you key (this may send you a different key if you ordered with regnow)

3) got to: http://www.vso-software.fr/upgrade.php?app=cx3&from=cx3
and if you had a key for version 2 a key for version 3 will be sent to you.

The same happened to me. And when I go to the supportarea and enter my e-mail address from the order form, your system told me. "Unknown e-mail address. Your e-mail is not registered in our database".
But I've have paid for a Goldmembrship - and got nothing.

Thanks for your quick responce!
I bought the Goldmembership today.
The download also was from today.
The key was send by regnow and from your company.
But I'm sure my mail address ist correct but it's not accepted by your database.

I need the ConvertXToDVD to run but the key is nor accepted.

I receive now an answer to my support-mail! Thanks!
And this mail told me that the Goldmembership Key ist ONLY for CopytoDVD und BlindWrite.

But I think this info should send with the register info.
But anyway I'm happy now
