did you send the file which can't be converted to VSO ?
if the reply is no, you won't help to have a new version... maybe I didn't understand the case correctly but it sounds specific to some files, and without the files we will not correct it... please use the tool to send the file :

AND ! contact vso once it is uploaded to be contacted you back with internal test version.

ihave thethame problem that madden2k5 .ihave winxp sp3 last update phenom x3 8550 2.2ghz
and win vista 64bit sp2 last update and win 7 7127 all have the thame problem with version 3.6.2.135 all fils are avi.sorry for my bad english i am german.fresh install i will send a file

I would send a file but i just dont have the upload speed nor the bw to support it. But im happy to see this isn't just me with this problem. Because the version before this one works fine with converting.

new beta is sweet but there was a problem found in it with amd phenom cpu's and it not start converting correctly. But anyways hopefully withen the next two days they will have a updated beta version with this issue fixed.

I tried to convert DVD from PAL to NTSC but, this new beta version didn't convert properly. The result was diapositive not video.

lionel Madden2k5 will not be sending a file, the problem is related to AMD processor, he is waiting for the new version to test.

Well the new version today is working, but only thing i notice which is alittle funny.. is it seems to start out rather slow on a new file it has never converted, and when i say slow it starts out at around 60fps compared to around 300+fps on version 3.5.3.139, but it does work its way up. the older version does the opposite and starts out around 360fps and avg around 300/315fps.

Btw im in no way complaining, im happy new version is working. I was just pointing out how it works opposite compared to older version when starting conversion.

Oh btw is this newer version suppost to be faster on converting? or is the key to help keep the quality the best with the lastest update? Im just wondering really.

what is your cpu and computer key component ?
also, could you convert a ref file such as

the quality is better, but the performance in most of the test computer we have tried were about the same ( sometimes faster, sometimes slower but not more than 10% )
