Since I work with Windows 7, Image Resizer doesn't start when I select more then 16 photo's. When I select 15 photo's (or less) there is no problem at all.

Which version are you using?

Try with the new v3:
http://download2.vso-software.fr/vso_image_resizer3_setup.exe
