In the manager, you should be able to go to Help / Open log file.

Hello goofy,

Can you try by disabling manually AnyDVD before starting Copyto?

AnyDVD can lock the drive access when CopyTo is trying to erase/burn a disk.

Thank you.

Something is still "stealing" that disc. Most likely some backup program or packet writing software like InCD.
Just tried and I have no problems writing and re-writing, CopyTo asks permission to erase properly and when allowed, erases and burns.

i only have BW6 and CopyTo and AnyDVD as programs this can do such of things - the BD-RE just suddenly starts with this problem not to write on it but maybe i have used it to much and it don't work more? but do u know any programs i can try see if i can delete it bit by bit before i throw it out and try with a new one, i don't like try with a new one if its only works this one time these BD-RE 50GB disc is very expensive

Kind Regards, Goofy

It might simply be the disc, you can try with DVD+-RW to sort that out.
