[FUZZ]

I just purchased ConvertX4 TO dvd. The files convert. But for some reason when finished it asks me to insert a DVD, which I have already done. And for some reason the burn button does not highlight after I have inserted the blank DVD. The female voice keeps say " insert a DVD". But it won't let me burn after the conversion file. Can anyone help? This is fairly new to me.

Click on "Forum rules" in red area above.
There you find instructions on how to post conversion log. That should reveal what is wrong.
