|
|
I am running VSO Image Resizer 2.2.2.0 test build On Windows 7 64 Bit Build 7264.
When I right click on a photo and select VSO Image Resizer from the context menu I see for like a split second a blank menu and then the VSO Image Resizer menu shows on screen. it also does this when just opening VSO Image Resizer from the start menu.
Its kind of hard to explain so here is a short video to show you what I mean.
Video link http://rapidshare.com/files/254239140/glitch.avi.html
Its almost like VSO Image Resizer is trying to show 2 menus and the first one is blank.
Can this be fixed? |

Well, I think this is mainly a cosmetic issue due to the different modes (more / less) and more being initialized by default. We'll see if it can be fixed. _________________

I just installed the latest Beta VSO Image Resizer 3.0.0.10 and this issue is still not fixed.
I still see a blank window for a second when starting up VSO Image Resizer. I hope this will be fixed I some point. |

| Latest Beta is 3.0.0.12, downloadable from Beta website if you are a beta tester. |

i don't know if the op is describing the same thing as i'm experiencing. what's happening is that some of the pop-up help windows are blank. i can see the border of what should be the help dialogue, but the content is invisible, i.e. i can see whatever screen is open beneath the Image Resizer screen. it seems that the problem is limited to the drop-down menus.
this is happening to me on two different computers - both vista, one running 32-bit and the other 64-bit. |

Can you post a screenshot maybe? Is the hint popup obscured by the dropdown, or just empty? _________________

just empty. the contents of the hint popup are invisible actually. all that can be see is the border. i'll try to post screenshots.
i'm surprised that this has not been addressed before. at first i thought it was just my computer, but after installing it on a second computer, i realized that it less likely that the problem is on my end.

Very odd, I have never seen this before. Maybe a driver issue, or caused by some other application running in the background on both machines? _________________
