Audio Static

I just downloaded the VSO Downloader. It works fast and efficient, however, I am detecting a light static in the audio when the audio peaks in volume. Anyway to fix that. I have a very high-quality computer and audio system.

could you provide the URL of the website where you're experiencing this problem so we can test?
Also, what software do you use to play your videos?
