Hi,

If you have SlySoft AnyDVD on your PC, please make sure it's disabled (No Red Fox In The System Tray) before burning with PhotoDVD, CopyToDVD or ConvertXtoDVD.

I have an open bug with VSO:

http://bugs.vso-software.fr/view.php?id=995

Having AnyDVD enabled may cause you not to be able to burn !

nobody reacted on this, so it means nobody else has the issue or it is not up to date ?
you didn't mention the version of AnyDVD used, and maybe they have fixed it since this post has been submitted

please be sure you are using the latest version of AnyDVD by downloading the latest version available here :

Hi,

Every details of my issue / tests has been documented in Bug #995

http://bugs.vso-software.fr/view.php?id=995

This issue started with AnyDVD v6.1.6.x and is still an issue. (v6.3.0.0)

It seems to be an issue when Daemon Tools v4.x in installed, SPTD v1.50 or v1.53 get's installed, then AnyDVD causes the issue.

I just wanted to share this issue with other users without all the details.

You have AnyDVD, turn it off before you burn Wink

And yes, a few other users had some burning issues.
I asked them if they had AnyDVD and they did.

They turned it off, and it solved their issue.

No, we may not be a whole bunch of users with all those 3 software running:

SlySoft AnyDVD
Daemon Tools v4.x (SPTD v1.5x)
VSO Burning Layer

I have tested this and I have no problems burning with AnyDVD enabled. I have 10 optical drives installed in my Thermaltake Case both SCSI(SATA) and IDE. It could be a conflict with another software installation you have. I keep my machine pretty clean ( not much other burning software.) Perhaps it could be a conflict of decrypters, I know that causes problems. I think the problem might be with Daemon Tools, I know I had problems with Alcohol installed.

Like alan1476 I had no conflict with AnyDVD and ConvertX2DVD on my former Windows XP PC. However I now have a Vista PC and that is when the conflict issues began between AnyDVD and ConvertX@DVD.

Now I must turn AnyDVD off when the burn phase of ConvertX2DVD begins. If I don't, it won't burn!

Check version numbers, as cougar said it started with AnyDVD 6.1.x
I have no problems neither, but my AnyDVD is 6.0.x series.
