Hi,

Are you talking about encoding time or burning time?

If its encoding time, that is entirely dependant on your system, if your computer is more than 3-4 years old that might be the issue not the software. What is your computer. Single core, dual core or quad core. How much memory do you have and what processor does it have. If you don't know any of that just what model the computer is and we can work it out for you. There should be a sticker on it somewhere if its a pre-built computer you bought

Burn time is down to the burn speed that is set, at x8 a standard DVD 5 (4.3GB) shouldn't take more than about 10-12 minutes per disc

Well, if that product is causing problems, asking from products own support might give better results.
Best option is to buy ConvertXtoDVD.
