Hey just got the program, when I try to run it, there's an application error:
The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135).
Anyone run into this? Running XP SP3, ConvertX 3.4.7.121 |

| Awesome that did the trick. Sorry if this was mentioned earlier. I didn't see any instructions or readme file. I tried doing a search on the error as well but didn't get any hits. Can't wait to play around with it, thank you for developing this sorely needed app=) |

I go to add a project, select the project(s) and it doesn't show up on the list. |
Can you send me a copy of the project file that you're trying to load? |

| After multiple conversions, do I need to use another program to burn the converted files? Or is there a way to import a converted project into convert for the burning process? |

| Well, BatchXtoDVD only passes commands to ConvertXtoDVD - so you would need to use another app to burn your converted DVDs. |

You can use the option "Burn an already converted project" in ConvertXtoDVD or use Nero, Imgburn or any other DVD video burning software to burn the created VIDEO_TS folders.

| as someone has mentionned, the batcher tool doesn't work with the version 4, just because the registry base of the v4 settings has changed. will you update the tool for that ? |

i tried this out with cx2d v3. i set up everything in v3 including subtitle settings and encoding setting to medium. i then saved the project.
i loaded the project in batchxtodvd and converted, but the resulting dvd's subtitles were too small. i originally changed the subtitle's fonts to arial size 28 in v3. but the dvd had the font size of 20. also, the output is about 1.85GB for a 90 minute movie. i set the original quality to Medium. seems kind of low because i set the limit to DVD-5 (4300MB).
where does batchxtodvd read the settings from and where does it keep its own settings?
thanks! |
