The menu preview is a great step forward - it obviously doesn't show you any menu animations (yet) but at least you get a good idea of how text and background changes are going to look before you convert. Good work!

Weeks ago i've converted 3 movies before I know what what means. Because I didn't know the difference between (title text in Title menu, dics name, titlset, in title menu text, title text in chpater menu, title ext in root menu and all that things..) so I really like the preview option.

Great job on the preview! I don't think there's a need for menu animation preview because this would require rendering. A quick static image is enough. What would be nice though is that the menu preview window could be enlarged like clicking on the Small, Medium, Large buttons under the preview window or however you see fit. Currently, I couldn't make out the text in the preview as it is too small to see but at least I have an idea of what it looks like.

do you know you can enlarge the preview window in another window ? just double click on it or drag-drop
we try to not put buttons under or around the preview as we reserve them for some upcoming functions.

Can't you just drag the preview windows out larger? Thats what I do!

Still have the problem with trying to convert AVP2 blu-ray. Memory usage keeps increasing until exhausted then crashes.

post about blu-ray doesn't make sense when the title and the history files doesn't mention any change about blu-ray ?
that's specific to a movie, please send a request with the support tool.

Do you mean blu-ray converted to MKV files?

Any chance of turning off the animation on the menus (such as in the new classic template). Not sure I like the 'bounce' effect on all the menus. Maybe a simple appear or fade?

I agree with you, I will probably request another menu like the classic one, without animation or really very small effect...
how to explain, programmers did it , so they want that to be used :)
but I will fight for something more basic for the next template, I get someone asking for something as basic than the menu of the version 2.
the more details about what you would like, the easier for me and the faster it will be available.

Hi,

Does it at least start to convert ?
If yes, may we have that conversion log ?

This way VSO can search for such file, since I asune those files must be huge and would take a long time to upload to the VSO FTP site

Some has asked for a basic menu, consisting of only the main menu and chapter menu(s), especially when only one title is involved. I guess number chapter menu pages depends on how many chapters there are in a title.

I think what would be more configurable in choosing the templates is the ability to choose how many titles are in a page and how many chapters are in a page. e.g. with VSO glossy template 2 episodes/titles per page selected and there is only one title and 14 chapters, the title menu is fine but the chapter menu(s) are shown only 2 chapters per page. This makes navigating to next chapter page rather annoying. What if you like only 5-6 chapters per page?
